Lessons take place mainly in Val Thorens, with the possibility of skiing across the 3 Vallées ski area — including Méribel, Courchevel, Les Menuires, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville and Orelle — depending on your level, weather conditions, snow conditions and the ski pass chosen.

I am Michel, a state-certified ski instructor at ESF Val Thorens.
I have been teaching skiing for 40 years in Val Thorens, in the 3 Vallées ski area.
My approach is based on listening, safety, patience and adapting the lesson to each skier.
I am not a ski school: I offer personalised ski coaching in connection with ESF Val Thorens.

Private ski lesson rates in Val Thorens
Rates are the same from 1 to 4 people. The price only varies according to the season period and the selected time slot.

Recommended lesson duration: For truly effective support, I recommend planning lessons over several days. A minimum of 3 days is suggested, but the ideal option is a progression over 5 to 6 days, allowing enough time to regain sensations, build confidence and ski with more pleasure.

How many people can take part?
The displayed rates are valid from 1 to 4 people.
Do I need a ski pass?
It depends on your level. Beginners may not need a ski pass on the first day. For intermediate skiers, a Val Thorens ski pass is often enough. For advanced skiers wishing to ski across the 3 Vallées, a 3 Vallées ski pass is recommended.
